THANK YOU BOISSEVAIN

THANK YOU BOISSEVAIN! $5,199.03 raised from Coop Fuel Good Day

We would like to give a heartfelt thank you to our community, family and friends for your support during Co-op’s Fuel Good Day on Tuesday, September 17. The support we received from businesses and individuals who came out and fueled up in support of the Boissevain School Playground Project, is very appreciated. We were able to snap some pictures of some of you who came through, but know that there was support from so many others.

Thank you to those that stopped by the BBQ and grabbed a hot dog for lunch. It was great to see so many friendly and supportive faces. Thanks to the parents that came over on their lunch break and helped with wrapping hot dogs and serving at the BBQ.

Thanks to anyone that grabbed a coffee or a slushie during the day. Having the high school students help throughout the day definitely helped to boost slushie sales!

Thank you to Boundary Co-op for this fundraising opportunity. Your staff were very kind and helpful and welcoming to the students and staff throughout the day. We realize a lot of behind the scenes work goes into making a day like this a success. We appreciate the extra work you did to make Fuel Good Day run flawlessly.

Thank you to the staff and students at Boissevain school for all your help to bring the Bronco spirit to the day. Huge shout out to Mrs. Adams for organizing the lunch at the school and the grade 9-12 students to help and participate in the day.  Your organizational skills are unmatchable.

Thanks to all the parents that ordered lunch for their students, $1463 of the $5,199 was raised by hot lunch orders from the school! Thanks to those that also fueled up or took their kids for slushies after school.

Thank you to Tiny Turtle Playroom for ordering lunch that day. You helped add to the funds raised!

To the grade 9-12 students that helped where needed throughout the day, thank you.  Every student that we encountered during the day was fabulous and helpful.  Some of you even helped in extra areas when you were already done your scheduled shift, and that was appreciated.  Thank you to the students that wore the Bucky costume.  It was a hot day!  All of the posters that were designed were bright and colorful and definitely helped bring people in for a hotdog and to fuel up. We realize that some of you will have graduated by the time we get these new playgrounds and outdoor areas built.  Being leaders to the younger students and doing tasks that lead to benefits for others instead of yourself is to be commended.  Your participation in the day is what helped to make Fuel Good Day such a success.
